1. Who We Are

SoloFlight is a VPN access service operated through soloflight.io. We resell VPN connectivity powered by enterprise infrastructure. We do not own or operate the physical VPN servers; we provide accounts, billing, and customer support. Questions or concerns? Email [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address (for account creation and communication), and payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers or CVVs. We do NOT collect your browsing history, IP address, DNS queries, traffic destination, session duration, or any content that passes through the VPN tunnel.

3. Zero-Log Policy

SoloFlight and its underlying VPN infrastructure provider operate a strict no-log policy. No records are kept of: which websites you visit, your real IP address while connected, connection timestamps, bandwidth usage tied to individual users, or any activity that could identify you. We cannot hand over what we do not have.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to manage your account, send service-related notifications (receipts, password resets, important updates), and respond to support requests. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. SoloFlight only receives a transaction confirmation and your subscription status — no raw payment data is stored on our servers.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you signed in) and session security. No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are used on soloflight.io.

7. Data Retention

Account data (email, subscription status) is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, all personally identifiable data is permanently purged within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 5 business days.

9. Third-Party Infrastructure

VPN connectivity is provided through a third-party infrastructure partner. That partner is also bound by a no-log policy. We do not pass any personally identifiable information to them beyond what is technically required to provision your VPN credentials.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
